Requirements
International participants arriving from outside of the European Union may need to obtain a visa. You can see if you need one and apply from the UK Government's immigration site.
EU nationals will typically not require a visa, but please make sure you bring a passport. EU residents, please check it on https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa.
Invitation letters
Visitor visa applicants may need an official invitation letter and other documents indicating the purpose of their visit, evidence of funds to cover accommodation, and so on.
