Workshops & Sprints Venue

Overall timeline

EuroPython 2018 will consist of three phases:

• Monday & Tuesday:
  Workshops and Trainings
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday:
  Main Conference with Talks, Keynotes, Exhibit, etc.
• Saturday, Sunday:
  Sprints (Hackathon)

All three parts will be hosted at the EuroPython 2018 Conference Venue.

Unlike in previous years, attending training sessions will require buying a separate ticket. The conference ticket will include the main conference days, the Beginners’ Day workshop (provided we can organize one) and the sprints. A light lunch and coffee breaks will also be provided as part of the ticket.

Workshops

Workshops will be held on Monday and Tuesday, July 23rd-24th. We will also have badges available on these days, so if you want to avoid queues on Wednesday morning, please come to the conference venue on Monday and Tuesday to pick up your badge.

Sprints

Sprints will be held on the weekend after the conference, on July 28th and 29th.
