We have switched to late bird prices.
Day passes are now available as well.
Training passes are sold out, sorry.
You can pay using credit cards (via Stripe).
Unfortunately, we had to switch off Paypal as payment processor,
because they don't allow us to transfer the money out of our account
to our bank without paying huge charges.
Unless otherwise mentioned, all prices include 20% UK VAT.
If you have questions about our tickets, the process, etc. please check our FAQ document for answers.
If you still have questions, please consult our EuroPython Helpdesk.
Invoices: Tickets are invoiced by the EuroPython Society. You can download them from your account (check under "Orders, invoices and coupons").
Tickets for EuroPython will be sold in four phases, with increasing prices closer to the event:
Please note that access to trainings is not included in the regular conference ticket price. We have separate "Training passes" for this.
We have the following three categories of early-bird rate ticket prices for the full conference tickets (Beginners' Day workshop, 3 conference days, sprints):
Once Early Bird is sold out, we will switch to regular prices:
Closer to the conference, we will switch to Late Bird prices (on 2018-07-16). These are regular conference tickets, but come at a higher price:
Please note that we do not offer refunds for late bird passes.
Starting on 2018-07-16, we are making day passes available. These allow attending the conference for a single day (Wednesday, Thursday or Friday; valid on the day you pick up the day pass and the sprint days Saturday and Sunday):
Please note that we do not offer refunds for day passes.
We would like to encourage and trust you, to pick a ticket type that reasonably fits your personal situation.
If a company is paying for your ticket and you need a proper VAT receipt (the personal tickets do not include a company name), please buy a business ticket.
If you are using Python as a hobby or as freelancer and don't need a VAT receipt, the personal ticket is for you.
Finally, if you are a student/postdoc researcher working in academia, we have the highly subsidized student ticket for you.
Please note that we will probably list the ticket type on the badge to
make things easier for the registration desk personnel.
If you would like to support EuroPython, please consider getting a higher priced ticket. We assure you that your contribution will be put to good use. Thank you!
We would like to encourage you to buy your ticket as early as possible. This makes it easier for us to plan for the event and arrange e.g. the catering, print badges, etc.
If you have questions about our ticket prices, the process, etc. please check our FAQ document for answers. If you still have questions, please consult our EuroPython Helpdesk.
Training passes are sold out, sorry.
The conference ticket does not include access to the trainings we will offer. We have separated these out to make the conference more affordable for people who would just like attend the conference and sprints.
Training passes allow you to access all trainings on the two training days, Monday and Tuesday. Training access is on a first-come-first-served basis. We don't provide registration for specific training sessions.
A light lunch is served on the training days. This is included in the ticket price, even if you don't buy the conference ticket.
The trainings pass does not grant you permission to attend the main EuroPython conference days or the sprints. Please get a separate conference ticket for this.
Since we don't want to overbook the trainings, we have capped the number of tickets to 200. Please get your training passes early before they sell out.
If you have questions about our training prices, the process, etc. please check our FAQ document for answers. If you still have questions, please consult our EuroPython Helpdesk.
You will also be able to order tickets for extra events, which are not included in the conference ticket price:
